The Token App is a mobile application designed to generate One-Time Passwords (OTPs) that serve as a secure authentication method for electronic transactions. While functional, its implementation and user experience could benefit from clearer guidance and streamlined procedures.

COST OF TOKEN / CHARGES

• A one-time activation fee of N1500 will be applied to the customer upon registering the token.
• By proceeding with the activation on your device, you explicitly agree to have the relevant linked account debited for this fee.
• The Bank reserves the right to revise the activation charge periodically without prior notice.

An OTP is a transient series of characters that provides single-use authentication for a transaction or session. It offers an alternative to hardware tokens, facilitating secure access through a mobile application.

To activate the App, follow these steps:

1. Open the application and select "New Token."
2. Choose to register as an Individual or Corporate user.

For individual registration, select the desired activation method:

• Hardware Token: Enter your Account Number, 4-digit Server PIN, and the Hardware Token Code.
• Quick Access: Visit your bank branch to generate an activation code required to enable access on the Zenith Token App.
• Image Verification: Provide your Account Number, Date of Birth, and complete a liveliness check.
• OTP Verification: Enter your Account Number, Date of Birth, and the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

For corporate registration, users are advised to use the Quick Access method:

• Visit your bank branch to generate an activation code necessary for enabling access on the Zenith Token App.
